Where is the Diplomat Excellence A2 Magma Red rollerball made?
The pen is made in Germany at Diplomat's production site in Cunewalde, Saxony. Diplomat has produced writing instruments in Germany since 1922, and the finished Excellence A2 rollerball comes from that same facility. Yafa Brands is the exclusive North American distributor for Diplomat.
What refill does this rollerball take, and what replacements does Yafa stock?
The pen takes a standard international capped rollerball refill. When you need a replacement, Yafa stocks two compatible options: the Schmidt 888 safety ceramic rollerball refill and the Schmidt 5888 safety ceramic rollerball refill. Both are standard international capped rollerball refills and fit this pen.
What comes in the box with the pen?
The pen is presented in a case for three writing instruments, and a warranty card is included. The Excellence A2 Magma Red rollerball carries a five-year manufacturer warranty.
