The Diplomat Nexus Black Gold pen has an anodized aluminum body in opaque black with warm gold-tone trim. The transparent ink-view section breaks up the dark body, and the broad cap and tapered ends keep the large, clean-lined silhouette in proportion. The contrast gives this finish a traditional and formal presentation.
This is a fountain pen with a solid 14 ct gold nib made by JoWo. The high-capacity filling system holds the equivalent of seven ink cartridges and is filled using the supplied pipette.
