Everest Demo Black sets a clear acrylic barrel between a black ebonite cap, section and piston housing, leaving the Mega Piston and the ink supply in full view. The 24K gold-plated fittings frame the clear section, and the edition is limited to 188 pens worldwide.
The Everest fills directly from bottled ink through its fixed Mega Piston system. The oversized 14K gold nib is made in-house by Maiora and paired with an ebonite feed, bringing the pen's Italian origins into every line it puts on the page.

How does the Everest Demo Black fill with ink?
The Everest Demo Black uses a fixed Mega Piston filling system and fills directly from a bottled ink. The Mega Piston holds 5 ml of ink. Because the barrel is transparent acrylic, you can watch the ink level rise and see exactly how much remains at any point. A full-size bottle of Maiora blue ink is included in the box, so you can fill the pen straight away.
