The Flame finish gives this stainless steel Aero its defining character: real heat applied to the metal produces irregular bands of blue, violet, bronze, and gold across the body, and because the coloration develops through fire, no two pens share the same distribution of tones. The deep lengthwise grooves along the tapered, Zeppelin-inspired profile catch those shifting colors differently along each channel.
