Schmidt 6040 questions
What does spring-loaded mean on the 6040?
The 6040's 1.0 mm stainless steel front section is mounted on a spring rather than fixed.
Will the Schmidt 6040 fit my rollerball pen?
It has the same 110.6 mm by 6.3 mm body as the Schmidt 888 and 5888. The tip is shaped differently, so check the fit in your pen even when it takes an 888.
Where is the Schmidt 6040 made?
Schmidt makes its products in St. Georgen, Germany. Yafa Pen Company is a U.S. distributor for Schmidt Writing Instrument Technology.
