The Rhomb Flame pen has a stainless-steel body covered in an all-over diamond pattern. Real fire treats each one individually, drawing out shifting tones of blue, violet, bronze, and gold across the faceted surface, so no two pens look exactly alike.
This is a capped ballpoint. The cap closes with a soft sliding click, and the pen takes a Parker-style G2 ballpoint refill when it is time to replace.

Is the Rhomb Flame finish the same on every pen?
No two are identical. The Rhomb Flame Aero has a stainless steel body that is individually flame-finished, so the result varies from pen to pen. The pattern and tonal variation you see in product photos are characteristic of the process, and the pen you receive will be its own unique object.
What refill does this pen take, and what does Yafa stock as a replacement?
The pen takes a Parker-style G2 ballpoint refill. When the refill runs low, Yafa stocks two compatible replacements: the Schmidt easyFLOW 9000 ballpoint refill and the Schmidt P900 ballpoint refill. Order either of those as a direct replacement.
What does the cap do, and how does it close?
This is a capped ballpoint pen. The cap closes with a soft sliding click. To expose the tip, pull the cap off; to close, press the cap back until it clicks into place.
What comes in the box?
The pen is presented in a case for three writing instruments, and a warranty card is included. The case makes it ready to give or to store alongside other pens from the Diplomat Aero line.
