The Factory finish leaves the aluminum body in a raw, industrial-looking silver. The deep lengthwise grooves across the barrel and cap and the pen's tapered, Zeppelin-inspired profile read as technical and workshop-derived rather than polished or jewel-like.
This is a fountain pen. It takes standard international ink cartridges, and a Diplomat plunger converter is available for use with bottled ink. The stainless steel nib comes in extra fine, fine, medium and broad.

The converter lets you draw ink directly from a bottle, and the two cartridges give you an immediate option if you prefer cartridges.
