The Marrakesh Aero has an anodized aluminum body with a warm brown finish carrying copper and reddish undertones. Its deep lengthwise grooves darken in shadow, giving the color a rich, earthy quality that sets it apart from the grey and black finishes in the Aero line.
This pen writes with a stainless steel nib, available in extra fine, fine, medium, and broad. It accepts standard international ink cartridges and is compatible with a Diplomat plunger converter for use with bottled ink.

What ink does this pen take, and what happens when I need a replacement?
The Marrakesh fountain pen takes standard international ink cartridges and also accepts a Diplomat plunger converter for bottled ink, which is supplied in the box. When you need a replacement, Yafa stocks Diplomat bottled ink in 30 ml bottles. The pen works with standard international ink cartridges, so you can use those alongside or instead of the converter.

The Marrakesh is an anodized aluminum pen with a grooved barrel and cap. The cap closes with a soft sliding click. Diplomat has produced writing instruments in Germany since 1922, and the Marrakesh is made at Diplomat's production site in Cunewalde, Saxony.
