The Aero Rhomb Flame has a stainless-steel body covered in an all-over diamond pattern. Real heat treatment develops shifting tones of blue, violet, bronze, and gold across the faceted surface, and because each pen is finished individually by fire, no two look exactly alike.
This pen takes standard international ink cartridges and a Diplomat plunger converter is available for use with bottled ink. The stainless-steel nib is offered in extra fine, fine, medium, and broad.

What ink system does this pen use?
The Rhomb Flame fountain pen takes standard international ink cartridges and comes supplied with a converter and two standard international ink cartridges in the box. When you need a replacement, the pen also accepts a Diplomat plunger converter for use with bottled ink. Diplomat bottled ink is available from Yafa for use with the converter.
Where is the pen made, and what warranty covers it?
The pen is made in Germany at Diplomat's production site in Cunewalde, Saxony. Diplomat has produced writing instruments in Germany since 1922. The pen carries a five-year manufacturer warranty.
